JillyBilly's LLC is a homemade Cake, Cookie and Toffee business started by a stay at home mom 5 years ago in Fairfield County, CT. Once just a toffee business supplying corporate gifts for the holidays, it quickly grew to include Cookie Baskets and Personalized Cakes for all occasions.

Other Stay at home moms are now pitching in to support this growing business and to help raise all the "JillyBilly's" children.
